Common questions

Not advisable. An unregistered lease can bite you when reclaiming a deposit, applying for residence or transferring utilities — and the exposure sits mostly with the tenant. Registration is the landlord's duty; insisting on it is entirely reasonable.

It depends on the lease terms, the handover record and the stated reason. Send the lease, your move-in/move-out photos and the correspondence; we'll say whether a lawyer's letter, a collection or litigation is the right first move.

Usually yes — lease registration, utility accounts and a bank account all use it. We can handle it alongside the lease review (AFM + POA, €200).

Have a lease in front of you?

Send the contract over. A first read — whether anything is clearly against you and whether the deposit terms are normal — costs nothing.
