Common questions

The lawyer an agent recommends usually has an ongoing relationship with that agent, and the agent is paid on completion. That isn't automatically a conflict, but your lawyer should answer to you alone — including when the advice is to walk away.

It is the customary basis in Greek conveyancing and does track the work — larger deals carry more review and registration complexity. We add no flat fee on top, and official costs are passed through at cost.

Yes — under a power of attorney the lawyer attends the notary and registry for you. The scope is drafted for this transaction and can be revoked once it completes.
