Scope of services
FastGreece provides Greek legal, administrative and document assistance. The exact scope of each engagement is the product description and price shown when you ordered.
Engagement
A lawyer-client relationship is established only after our lawyer formally accepts the engagement. Pre-engagement communications are exploratory.
Refunds and disputes
For standardized online services, you may request a refund within 7 days if work has not yet begun. Once started, fees are billed against work performed. For complex matters paid by deposit, the deposit is settled against work performed; any remainder is refunded.
Liability
FastGreece's liability to clients is limited to the cover of our Greek lawyer professional indemnity insurance. We are not liable for investment losses, currency loss, or decisions taken by third parties (banks, funds, government bodies).
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Athens courts.
