End-to-end property management for landlords abroad

We handle tenant sourcing, rent collection, tax filings, utility bills, repairs and building communication on your behalf. You review the monthly report. Below is the document checklist we need to take over your property.

What we handle

One promise: you only review the monthly report

These are the workstreams we own end-to-end during the engagement. Your monthly report rolls up cash flow, repairs and tax progress so you stay informed without micro-managing.

  • Tenant sourcing, lease drafting (Greek civil-code compliant) and registration with the tax authority
  • Monthly rent collection into your Greek IBAN; we reconcile and send you a clean statement
  • Pay electricity, water, natural gas and common-area expenses on your behalf from rent receipts
  • Annual E2 rental-income return and E9 property-asset update — filed through your TAXISnet account
  • Coordinate repairs, building-manager communication, insurance claims and emergency response
  • Tenant disputes: notices, mediation and (if needed) escalation to our litigation team
  • End-of-lease move-out: inspection, deposit settlement, key handover
